Delete your Sunwick account

In the app (fastest)

Open the Account tab, scroll to "Delete my account", type DELETE to confirm, and tap the delete button. It happens immediately and you are signed out.

If you own a league that is still active, the app asks you to transfer ownership, archive it, or delete it first, so a league is never left without an organizer.

What is deleted

Your sign-in and email address, your notification codes and preferences, and your record of agreeing to the terms. Your name is replaced with "Deleted user" for everyone else. Rounds you started on your own (one-off rounds) are deleted completely.

What stays

Scores and messages you posted in a league remain in that league's record under the name "Deleted user", so other members' standings and conversations are not broken. Provider backups are replaced as they rotate.

If you cannot open the app

Ask us to delete the account for you: Tell your league organizer, or use the contact details on the app's store page. Send the email address you signed in with. We confirm the request came from that address and then delete the account, normally within 30 days.
